This was a great place to stay for a quick stay; very close to the beach, the kitchen was well equipped with basic needs, plenty of linens and towels available. The unit was close to the Cocoa Beach Pier so the launch was easy to view, and close to all major roadways to quickly drive in and out of town. Very enjoyable stay – thank you Beachside!

Great location, right by the beach. The beach towels, chairs and umbrellas were easily accessible! Amazing kitchen with all supplies needed. Will definitely book again for a nice weekend getaway from the city life.

It was like a little apartment, decorated very cute, big kitchen with nice appliances, walk to the beach, beach chairs available, the pool was nice, and the bed & couch bed were very comfortable. The host was very responsive & accommodating. One thing to note is the washer & dryer are located outside of the rental unit & are coin operated so bring quarters & laundry detergent.

The host is super responsive. Within an hour. Anything you needed they were willing to accommodate. One block from the beach you can’t ask for anything more than that. The biggest bonus is that we could bring our dogs.
