The main living area is bright and relaxed, designed for easy decompression after a full day outdoors. A comfortable sofa, ceiling fan overhead, and TV make it a natural gathering spot for the group. Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, two bedrooms offer a quiet retreat from the day. The primary bedroom features a king bed and opens onto a private balcony – a genuinely great spot for early mornings or watching the horizon on launch nights. The second bedroom has a single bed, and the living room sofa bed rounds out the sleeping arrangements for up to five guests.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook without compromise. You’ll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, plus cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a blender, baking sheet, toaster, and a dining table for the whole group.
 
Bathroom
One full bathroom and a half bath cover the practical side of a multi-day stay. The full bath includes a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, and body soap. Essentials – towels, bed linens, and toilet paper – are provided, along with extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and iron for longer visits.
 
Outdoor space
Step out to a private backyard patio with outdoor furniture and a comfortable spot to take in the Florida sunshine. The upstairs balcony off the primary bedroom gives you a second outdoor option with a bit more elevation. Beach essentials are provided – including beach towels, an umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear – so you can head straight to Cherie Down Park without the extra luggage.

Cherie Down Park beach access is just minutes away, and Cocoa Beach – a hub for surfing and water sports – is close by, with the Cocoa Beach Pier offering waterfront dining and ocean views. The townhome includes a washer and dryer, free parking on premises and on the street, self check-in via smart lock, air conditioning, heating, and a full suite of safety equipment. Pack ‘n play and board games are available for families. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. A sister townhome next door is also available and can be rented alongside this one for groups needing extra space.

Getting around Cape Canaveral is easy and convenient. Having a car is recommended to make the most of the area, especially for beach access, dining, and nearby attractions. The beach, Port Canaveral, Jetty Park, restaurants, and grocery stores are all just a short drive away.

Ride share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and biking is popular for nearby beach access and local exploring. If you’re cruising out of Port Canaveral, the terminals are only minutes away, making this a great spot for pre or post cruise stays.
