Overall a great place to stay and met the needs of our group
Overall a great place to stay and met the needs of our group. Lots of beds and bathrooms for a large group. The pool was a great perk. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The rental company was friendly and responsive.
Keep in mind you get what you pay for. The cost of this rental is low so it’s not the most updated. We did find a few things broken – floor tiles, toilet seat, pack n play, toilet paper holder, wobbly bar stools, etc. Seating is lacking for large groups. Beachside made note of these so hopefully will fix for upcoming guests.
But happy with our stay. We really enjoyed our week at this home and the sunset views from the back balcony were beautiful. It was an easy walk across the street to the beach (be careful crossing the busy street).

Pros:
-The host was super responsive
-The rental is about 10mins away from the “heart” of cocoa beach. Because of this it was almost as if we had our own private beach.
-There were so many left over beach supplies from either the host or previous guests that you didn’t need to bring much.
-There were so many towels but if you’re staying more than a few days or have a lot of guests you’ll need to wash them.
Cons:
-The house was not super clean. Which I know is hard that close to the beach. Sand is everywhere. But overall it lacked the cleanliness that you’d expect from an Airbnb.
-The pool filter kept going off but that was nice because then the heater of the pool would turn off. Every time we’d turn the heater off it would come back on. At one point the water was 102°, not great with the Florida heat.
Overall it was a great experience. The location was perfect and it fits large groups.
