The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit.

The rental was perfect for our quick overnight stay in Cocoa Beach for 4th of July. Parking was right in front of the door, the keyless entry was quick and easy, and the interior looked just like the photos. The beach was a couple of blocks away and a quick drive to the main stretch of shops and restaurants. The suite had beach accessories to use if desired. Only thing missing was a place to put luggage. The linens were white and we didn’t want to dirty them with suitcase wheels. A luggage rack in the closet would be ideal. Overall a great stay!
