Access
The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit.

First time being in Cocoa Beach for the Santa Surfing & I have to say we had the perfect place
First time being in Cocoa Beach for the Santa Surfing & I have to say we had the perfect place to stay for this event. No worrying about parking or fighting crowds nor traffic. We were only a 10 min walk to the actual event, but only a 2 min walk to the beach. Great play yard for our dog in the back & great walking area for him as well. It was the perfect size for my husband, dog, & I to stay for a couple of days. Loved the vintage style and vibe the place has. Bed was thankfully comfy. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for a short term stay rather for events or just to be at the beach for a few days.

This was our first time staying at Cocoa Beach. The Juni was the perfect location with it being in a quiet residential area but a short walk from downtown and an easy drive from the surf shop and pier. We enjoyed spending time at the beach and a day at NASA. We can’t wait to return and explore even more.
