The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned for each unit.

This studio is stocked with everything you actually need for a beach stay: wagons, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, even toys, all stored in a shared shed that guests love discovering. The space itself is clean, thoughtfully decorated with a retro-inspired vibe, and equipped with firm, comfortable beds and reliable Wi-Fi. A few guests mentioned floors could be cleaner and wished for more storage like a dresser, but the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive. The quiet residential location keeps you away from resort crowds while still putting restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown Cocoa Beach within a quick drive or walk.

The Juni was perfect for our little trip to Cocoa Beach
The Juni was perfect for our little trip to Cocoa Beach. The Location was perfect. Downtown Cocoa Beach was 5/6 minutes away, which was a quick drive for us. There was a few great spots for food/ activities near Downtown. The Ron Jon surfs shop and favorite dive bar The Sandbar was a 15 minute drive. There was also beach access close, about a 5 minute walk straight east of the Air B&B, super nice to not have to pay for beach parking.
The check in and check out was super easy! The rooms have a code on the door, which made it simple and quick for room access. The beds were comfy and the room was super clean. They had parking spaces labeled for each room, which was nice to have a for sure parking spot. 100% would recommend a stay here!
