• Florida’s warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.
• To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY
• The unit comes with one assigned parking spot that is guaranteed . Guess booking is available however it is first come first serve. Oversized vehicles or trailers cannot be accommodated.
• Please be aware that the Pool, Hot tub, Sauna, Tennis Court, Beach Access, Gym is a shared space.
• This is a second-floor condo in a community setting, so some natural sounds and occasional nearby foot traffic may be heard during your stay.
