• While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property. A pet fee is required to be paid of $100 per pet, per stay
• Parking is limited to 6 vehicles. Oversized vehicles or trailers can be accommodated.

Many restaurants are a short walk away. For breakfast, stop by Corey’s Deli and Bagels, for lunch and dinner, select from a wide variety of foods, such as seafood, steak, Italian, subs, Mexican, and much more!

This beautifully updated 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome features beach-inspired décor, generous gathering spaces, a private pool, outdoor games, and convenient access to the beach.

The comfortable living room includes a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large center island, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. Upstairs, the loft offers a Foosball table and comfortable seating for additional entertainment. Two bedrooms include private en-suite bathrooms.

Nearby activities include jet ski, kayak, and boat rentals, Paddle & Oars Park, and the local yacht club. Grocery stores and shopping centers are minutes away, while the USSSA Space Coast Sports Complex is approximately 25 minutes from the home.

Guests have full private access to the townhome. A unique door code will be provided before arrival and will activate at check-in time for convenient contactless entry. While walkable to local beaches, shops, and dining, a car is recommended to explore the Space Coast. We offer free on-site parking, and Uber/Lyft are readily available. Major attractions, USSSA Sports Facility, and Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) are all within a short 20-minute drive.
