Overall it was a nice stay. Place was comfortable, great location, close to beach and restaurants. It was clean and hosts were responsive.
A few things to know.
1. There’s not currently TVs in every bedroom (we suggested they add).
2. There are a lot of stairs from down stairs to upstairs. This was hard on my mom that recently had knee surgery
3. Ask if the bed in the spare bedroom has been replaced as it has a pretty big dip in the middle.

This place was wonderful! Extremely clean and so spacious. A few updates could be made to paint and carpet, but those things aren’t a dealbreaker for the trade off of this great unit. Restaurants, grocery stores and the beach were just a short drive. This unit was perfect for our family. The community pool isn’t huge but it was fun. We really enjoyed the location and property and are already considering booking again for next year. Note: all of the bedrooms are upstairs. That wasn’t clear to me when booking and wasn’t a problem for our family, but it could be an issue for others.
