Grocery stores, shopping centers, and plenty of other sites within walking distance help make this townhome the ideal home-away-from-home on the coast! The USSSA Sports Facility is just a 25-minute drive from this townhome so you can attend that must-see game with ease. The local paddle and oars park and yacht club are also a must visit!

While walkable to local beaches, shops, and dining, a car is recommended to explore the Space Coast. We offer free on-site parking, and Uber/Lyft are readily available. Major attractions, USSSA Sports Facility, and Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) are all within a short 20-minute drive.
