• The community pool is a shared amenity.
• The sauna requires payment of $1.00/30 minutes of use. Payment must be made using quarters in the machine located to the right of the sauna.
• Guests may not park inside the garage because it has been converted into a hangout area.
• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Florida’s warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.

A vehicle is recommended for visiting restaurants, grocery stores, neighboring beach towns, and attractions throughout the Space Coast, while Uber and Lyft are generally convenient alternatives. Guests should park only in the property’s permitted parking areas because the garage is not available for vehicle parking.
