Beautiful stay! Right next to the beach and very close to everything Cocoa Beach had to offer. David had great communication. Definitely recommend!
David was very respectful and responsive throughout my stay
David was very respectful and responsive throughout my stay. The place was clean and exactly what I needed for a weekend getaway. The only challenges I experienced were related to noise and the bathroom setup. I wasn’t aware the unit was located beneath another space, (I believe my own fault for not paying attention to detail) and I could hear quite a bit of foot traffic from upstairs. Additionally, I’d gently suggest adding a door or barrier to the shower, as water tended to soak the bathroom floor during use, and I had to use towels to dry everything to protect the wood.
Overall, I appreciated the stay and David’s attentiveness, and I hope this feedback is helpful for future guests. I would stay here again, perhaps in another unit! Thank you David.
