– While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

– The rental has a tri-fold mattresses available for extra guests. These foldable floor mattresses are easy to set up and provide a flexible sleeping option, ideal for small groups.

David’s place was a lovely little getaway for me and my partner, the apartment was very clean and peaceful
David’s place was a lovely little getaway for me and my partner, the apartment was very clean and peaceful. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus for us as we didn’t want to walk long distances in the Florida heat, and the beach on 6th st access was amazing!! Not busy, felt like a private beach at times. The beach chairs, umbrella, and buggy made our trips to the beach much more comfortable and we are so grateful for access to that.
In the unit, the air conditioning worked well to keep the apartment cool. We did groceries to make breakfast in the unit and found the kitchen to be stocked enough to be able to cook light items.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to come again!!
