The stay was great
The stay was great. My fiancé and I was actually enjoying a getaway for both our birthdays and we loved the location, beach, and most definitely the food in the area. We were very comfortable with the place and surprised of how quiet the surrounding was. If we decide to come back to Cocoa Beach, David’s place would be the spot!
This place worked out well for us
This place worked out well for us. The king bed is always a bonus….a tight fit in the bedroom but it works. Location is pretty good except it’s off a pretty busy street. Easy walk to the beach/restaurants and close enough to the Kennedy Space Station.
The pictures showed a working fireplace but not so. Thought that would be a bonus since we had a couple cool mornings. The refrigerator was making some weird noises and unfortunately I’m very sensitive to noises. Also, there was only 1 spoon.
All in all, it worked ok for us.
