This was a great place for the price…would stay again and would recommend…just a few cons (all livable): have to
This was a great place for the price…would stay again and would recommend…just a few cons (all livable): have to cross A1A to get to the beach very busy highway would not walk…would drive less than 5min…also the couch is NOT comfortable or large enough for more than two people…very hard and uncomfortable…the room with queen bed- tv is not smart and not hooked to cable, so did not work, they did respond quickly but didn’t want anyone in the house when we were out so we just dealt with it…Queen bed is FIRM…otherwise we had a good stay…the pictures do match and pretty spacious for a 2bedroom so would definitely book again. The pros out weigh the cons…cinemas and a lots of restaurants nearby…easy access to beach/cocoa/i95…worth the stay!

Overall, really good place to stay! Great amenities including streaming services to use. Host was very cooperative and helpful and check-in and check-out was easy and perfectly described. Place was clean and looked good. Just wish that there was beach access directly across the street from the building.
