The location strikes a sweet spot: close enough to Cocoa Beach restaurants and activities for day trips, yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood perfect for bike rides and peaceful evenings. A few practical notes: the kitchen works well for light cooking but lacks extensive seasonings and cookware, the patio can collect leaves from overhead trees, and the back courtyard sits near the A1A causeway (traffic noise is noticeable outside but not inside the unit).

Clean, nice place. A very good value, reasonably priced. Close enough to beach but you do not pay a high premium for the location. Neighborhood and local amenities very good. Would use the service and stay at this property again.
