• Florida’s warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.
• To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY
– Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. If you’d like to have friends or family visit during the day, please let your host know in advance. We’re happy to accommodate occasional visitors, but ask that they leave by 9:00 PM and the number of visitors on the property at one time must be approved by the host.
• A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance and records the front exterior entry area of the property for security purposes. There is also a camera installed in the mechanicals area at the back of the house. It is used to monitor the mechanicals for the house and pool.
