Great townhouse a close drive to the beach (free parking)! There is also a great bagel shop and Mexican restaurant within walking distance. The neighborhood pool is perfect for small kids as well. We were able to see a Crew 8 launch and a satellite launch from the neighborhood as well. The house is looking a little rough around the edges, but the amenities and proximity to a lot of items makes up for the cosmetic damage. It would be nice if the backyard were mowed so you could enjoy the space, use the fire pit, etc. but that didn’t stop us from having a great trip! The kids are already asking to go back.

The host was there for us if we needed anything. Their response time was about 10 minutes at the most. We had absolutely no issues with that place. Quiet, Clean, and a lot of ducks in the pond for the kids to feed.
