The best thing about this condo is it’s close proximity to a beautiful beach! The condo itself was clean, tidy, and newly decorated. To be a one-bedroom unit, the kitchen was huge….tons of cabinets and counter space. I think you will enjoy your time there.

We enjoyed our stay with Beachside Vacation Rentals at the Fillmore location. The pro’s included comfortable bed, clean, nice pool, good parking, easy walk to beach, tv with streaming, good A/C and easy check in. There were a few con’s that caused us to lower the rating including couch/futon was very hard and uncomfortable to sit or sleep on, no sheets were provided for 2nd bed (couch/futon), very thin walls (could easily hear neighbors TV and doors closing) and no ice trays or ice machine.
Good for individual or couple but not if you need second bed. Hopefully they can provide some ice trays for future guests and a few hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or suits. Overall, an ok place to stay.
