Loved how close the beach is, very convenient for the whole family! Beach location is pretty calm with few people. Third time renting here and we love it, always a good time for the price and location. Close to Stores and restaurants.

We had to move twice in the first 24 hours due to a/c issues and some internal miscommunication from renter. It was a pain, but the customers service was very responsive and apologetic and made amends that we were satisfied with. All throughout our stay, when we contacted them, they were always back to us in a timely manner. Landing room was superb. It seemed as if everything was new. Enough pots/pans/plates for us to cook/eat for the five of us. Beds were comfortable. I do wish there was better lighting in the main room, but that is small potatoes. A gripe is that it does cost $2 to do a load of laundry and $1.50 to dry. Pool was clean and refreshing. Place was quiet. A five minute walk to beach. 5 minute drive to grocery. I’m from area, so we weren’t site seeing. If you are visiting and never been here before there is lots to do in driving distance (the port, the Space Center, wildlife refuge, etc). Even with the first day/night drama, we would definitely come back.
