Spent a week in this beautiful and comfortable home. Had morning coffee on the deck and we were thrilled to see manatees. Walking distance to beach, and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We even saw a rocket launch from the deck. Suggestion: we rented bikes to get around Cocoa Beach. We would definitely come back!!

We enjoyed the house. We were able to see dolphins and manatees right the back door it was amazing! The house was spacious enough to not feel like we were on top of each other. The mosquitoes were terrible thankfully we had brought bug spray in case. We live in a woods so we aren’t strangers to them but you can hear ours around home buzzing. The ones in Florida are silent! Still though we would recommend and rent again!

We were so lucky to find this gem! Our first time in Cocoa Beach. The backyard oasis was amazing! We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaking on the canal. We watched two satellite launches which was so fun. The hosts checked in on us many times to see if we needed anything. We also enjoyed the pool and grilling out for dinner. House was super cute, comfortable, and clean. Our son got engaged during our trip. We will definitely stay again. 🥰
