– Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

– Dish soap
– Dishwasher tabs
If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

-Mailbox access is not available for guests
– While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
– All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
Regarding the 8-guest occupancy, we provide 2 queens and 1 king bed that can comfortably sleep 6 guests. We also provide 1 trifold floor mattress that can sleep 1 more guest. Along with a couch that can sleep 1 additional guest.

Overall we had a great stay! Outside of the hot tub being slightly dirty and an ant problem in the kitchen, this place was fantastic! The location is walkable to lots of restaurants, shops, and the best part, a ten minute walk to the beach! The host gave clear instructions and was kind enough to share local recommendations for excursions and activities.
