My family and i had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It’s ideal for access to the beach, a couple minutes away, walking distance to restaurants and a short drive to a grocery store. The apartment is spacious, water pressure and temp are great and central air very good. The host is responsive and helpful. We would recommend staying here to others and would certainly return if we’re ever back in Cocoa Beach.

Great location. We stayed as locals while our house was being repaired. The stairs are very steep and the backyard was very small, not pet friendly other than a fence. The rest of the home was great for a short stay.
