Had a great stay. The host was responsive when we needed extra trash bags and a dustpan to keep the place clean. The bathroom needed some work regarding new caulking around the tub and toilet, but other than that, it was great.

This was our first ever family trip to the beautiful state of Florida. The Juni instantly became our home away from home. The minimalist/boho vibe really encapsulated a sense of zen and relaxation. Cocoa beach is practically your back yard. We ventured around and really fell in love with the local eats and friendly atmosphere. You can catch space x launches at the boardwalk which was really cool. There’s also an array of surf stores & boutiques to get your shop on. This place has a special spot in our book of memorable experiences and would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay here. Place was clean and comfortable and the surrounding area was nice. Check for the osprey nest on the pole right outside the rear door. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location right on the main road on Cocoa Beach. The beach is right across the road. Responsive host and clean and comfortable suite. The only minor negative is that since it’s right beside the main road, you can hear the cars and trucks at night which might be noteworthy if you’re a light sleeper.
