Our stay was cut short due to flight cancellations and Beachside Vacation Rentals was very accommodating. You are right on the beach and although the weather wasn’t the best we had one day of sunshine and walked the beach. House was clean and super cute. Minutes away from anything you need. Would love to stay again next time we are in cocoa beach! 🏝️

This was our second stay at this location. We love the privacy of the beach. You are never fighting for beach space. The beach is clean and there is a lot of sand space. It almost feels like a private beach a lot of the time. Would highly recommend.
