I want to start this out by saying that this is a wonderful place to stay
I want to start this out by saying that this is a wonderful place to stay. Very beautiful, right on the beach, and very spacious. Great for kids and adults alike. We had a blast and would book again in the future. However, when we first arrived there was broken glass on the floor from a broken door that had been replaced and wasn’t cleaned up after. My toddler stepped in it and cut her foot. I messaged Stephen and he was very responsive and had someone out within the hour to look at it and clean it up. And then the next day a cleaning crew came and did another sweep of the house to make sure it was all gone. Other than this slight issue it was a great stay and no other issues popped up.

Stephen was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful! The house was beautiful and absolutely huge! More than enough room for our family of 6. We enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach and hope to visit again in the future!
The house and views are truly amazing
The house and views are truly amazing. We had issues with the front door lock not working, the toilet in the master bath did not work and the promised repair didn’t happen, the A/C was not working in some rooms and the provided mobile A/C unit did not make any difference, the pool water was too cold to use, the “hot tub” inside the pool did not function and we were told it was a pool inside the pool not a hot tub. With a little bit of maintenance this would be an exceptional property and would be worth coming back to again and again. The management company was very responsive to every question and came out to the house multiple times to resolve issues. Overall with just a few changes this would have been 5 stars
