Home is as pictured, in a great location super close to downtown. The house is right on the canal and easy access to all Cocoa sites. The pictures feature a pool, but we learned after checking in that it would cost an additional $50 a day to heat it. There are some features about the house that could use some attention in such a competitive AirBnB market: lights in the garage where laundry is located, secured outlets (many almost pull away from the wall when you go to unplug), sofa seating for a large group, given a four bedroom home. The home is comfortable for a few days, and the location is the real draw.
