As a local resident, I recently rented this space for a gathering of friends and family visiting from out of town. It is close to the beach and patio is perfect space to hangout after a beach day. The kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking needs, and everything about the space met our expectations. We had a wonderful time, and I’m already planning to rent it again for future visits.

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful and clean…and the showers were so relaxing after a busy day! The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything is very comfortable and the backyard deck is so cute! The location was great! The beach is just on the other side of a small street, so you we could walk out to the sand. The kids favorite part was the arcade game in their bedroom!!
Overall, this home in Old Cocoa Beach was the perfect fit for our getaway!

The apartment was lovely and completely updated.
We were 3 senior couples and we each enjoyed the privacy of our own bedroom and ensuite bathroom with great showers. The kitchen was well stocked and we had access to every small appliance that we needed. Beach access was right across the road and restaurants were within walking distance or a short ride away. Our trip to the Space Center took about 30 minutes. A Publix supermarket was on about 2 miles away. We had a couple of minor concerns during our stay and we were totally satisfied with managements’ ongoing communication, quick response and follow up.
We truly enjoyed our stay.
