The loft itself is spotless and well-stocked, from kitchen essentials to a soft-sided cooler tucked above the microwave. A few practical notes: there are about 16 stairs to reach the second-floor unit, and the AC doesn't go below 70 degrees. Some guests found the $20/hour early check-in or late checkout fees unexpected, but the property management team earns consistent praise for being responsive and helpful.

Great little downtown apartment. Aside from a few things that could use updating and the fact that the hot water took absurdly long in the shower, everything was great. Understandable for the cheaper price compared to other rentals.

10/10 would recommend! Great location! I don’t think I used my car once to go anywhere around coco beach area, everything was just a walk away! Great restaurants, shopping, and the little tavern bar was a great place to play some free pool and chill from the long sunny days!
