Very solid experience
Very solid experience. A few minor things could have been better, e.g. we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lighting in the pool, got some confusing messages about check-in as I’d already completed their instructions but was asked to do so again. But overall a good experience! Really enjoyed the pool, and the AC worked great.
We had a wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay! We were there for a week while the kids were at space camp. The pool was wonderful for cooling off after being in outer space all day. Beds were very comfortable and the wifi was great

the photos didnt due this place justice. it’s the best view of Sykes Creek, as the home is right in the middle. did some fishing, saw manatees the first day and dolphin the morning we left.
our youngest son can’t swim, so we were lucky that our oldest realized there was a big dropoff to about 8 ft. we reached out to alert the owners that markings would make it safer for future guests.
there are a ton of the those no-see-um mosquitos, which you really can’t see. you don’t realize till the next day how bad you get bit up, so put bug spray on before fishing or spending a lot of time by the pool.
we will Def look to stay here again in 2027!

Great place with wonderful views and wildlife . Easy drive to the port, Cocoa beach, old town Cocoa . Abbotts frozen custard was the best we ever had. Geico’s for breakfast. Dolphins for lunch or dinner. Host was always very responsive on answering questions. Reached out to make sure our stay was good. Plenty of room for 8-10 people. Pool was cold until the nights were 70 and days in 80s. Then it was warm enough to swim. 3 bikes and 1 kayak. You couldn’t tell that it was pet friendly. East Coast church was very close and a great friendly church to visit. Thanks.
