Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Many place are within walking distance locally such as the beach, shops, restaurant/bars, etc.) You are very close to the A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area.

Matched description, overall very clean- just some usual wear and tear but clean! Great location, the walk up to the beach was short, easily accessible, great restaurants nearby, quick access to convenience and grocery. The only downside was the construction happening on the parking lot (which should be finished soon!) but they were all very nice and helped us make things much easier. We were able to park at the lot across from us and it all worked out. Thanks for letting us stay, would recommend.

Everything was exactly as we expected. The host was extremely responsive. Check in and out were easy. Our family really enjoyed our stay. We even extended an extra day!

This was an excellent location for the beach and the pool was wonderful and large! It was great having the pier nearby. We had fun using their nice boogie boards with the big waves. Wonderful decorations and amenities, including coffee! Wonderful beds and great water pressure! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom before departing on a Disney Cruise. It worked good for what we needed. Close to port! We loved that we could walk to beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. We didn’t have time to use the pool. Thought we would have a view of beach but we were on bottom floor. That was a little misleading from Airbnb, but all in all it was great and would stay again.
