Many places are within walking distance locally such as the beach, shops, restaurant/bars, etc. You are very close to the A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 50 min away). Less than a mile to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area.

Vi bodde här i tre dagar men spenderade lite tid i huset hann inte använda trädgården och poolen.
Huset är lite gammalt men omhändertaget och fint inrett. Badrummen är fräscha och sängarna sköna.
Det som vi saknade var utrustningen i köket. Kastrullerna var ej platta i botten och det saknades bestick och knivar. En ytterdörr var svår att låsa.
Det fanns inte salt och peppar i köket vilket vi tycker är normalt. På ett annat boende fanns till och med kapslar till kaffemaskinen vilket var mycket uppskattat. När man reser med flyg från europa så har man inte så mycket med sig.
Mycket positivt var att värden var lyhörd och snabbt åtgärdade problem. Vi fick snabbt en uppsättning nya kastruller och ett nytt knivblock med knivar.
Att tänka på är att det saknas ett köksbord utan man får äta i sittgruppen eller runt köksön. Barstolarna runt köksön var mycket sköna.
Ett helt ok boende, nära havet men ingen lyx. Kan tänka mig att bo där igen och gillade kundservicen.

My family really enjoyed this space! it was exactly as described and there was so much to do right within the rental! we had some wifi and cable at the start of the rental that the properties customer service did everything they could to resolve- even at a late hour and resulting in someone being sent out the next morning. Unfortunately, we had an accident that I wished wouldn’t have happened (teenagers, you knowww?😭) but the owners were super understanding and worked with us to help resolve this. This really stood out to me! They did everything to help and went above and beyond. There was a FL cold spell that prevented us from using their AMAZING pool the first few days but that was no fault of theirs. The pool and property were clean and safe and families with kids wouldn’t even need to leave the space to enjoy themselves. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! ❤️ The guest book was a nice touch. 🙂 ❤️

Cute and cozy house. It was close to attractions and restaurants. It was very clean and well maintained. The swimming pool was a nice size with a nice shallow end, we didn’t get to use it though because it was too cold. It does take a long time for the hot tub to warm up so plan ahead. Would stay here again.
