PLEASE NOTE:
• Waterfront Safety: This property is located directly on a canal and features a private backyard with dock access. There is no fence or safety barrier separating the backyard from the canal or dock. Children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times while outdoors, especially near the water. Guests should use caution around the dock and waterfront areas.
• Parking: Parking is permitted in the driveway only. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all reservations.
• Mailbox access is not available for guests.
• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
• To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY.
• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Florida’s warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.
