If you would like to heat the pool, you must give us 24 hours notice, and pay in full prior to us turning the heat on. We charge $50/day for the pool heater to be turned on.
To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

– Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
– Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

Cocoa Beach Vacation 2025—I searched for 2 months, desiring air conditioning and a private pool. Finally landed on this place. I am a fanatic and always take out a few dishes & silverware to wash & have clean. Immediately noticed the dishwasher smelled horrible. Ran a hot cycle (fixed) Day2 had time check out pool noticed sand & debris on pool floor. Couple hours later someone showed up to scim the pool (which wouldn’t help & we already did) Anyhow it did get cleaned the day b4 we left at no fault of them…they tried & local companies didn’t show & then showed way late. The hot water ran out & the gas company was at our door b4 we even verified a problem. They were on top of stuff & tried to resolve anything that needed. We would rent from them again.

We had all the comforts of home. The house was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the pool and all the marine life right out the back door. We all especially liked the manatee that were hanging out. Al of our questions and the few minor issues that came up were handled quickly , professionally and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

My family enjoyed our stay at this home! Location is easily drivable to anything in Cocoa Beach and the backyard (with manatees right by the dock) were definitely the highlight of the stay. We enjoyed the pool, though you should expect a lot of bugs this time of year so it’s impossible to keep it totally clean. The cleaners let themselves in as we were hanging out on the patio the first night of our stay and explained they would do their best to clean it for us to use the next day. The kitchen was beautiful and mostly had everything we needed for our stay, though the converted sunroom was prone to millipedes and required us to constantly sweep up throughout the stay. Also, if you plan on asking for early check-in, expect to be charged an hourly rate. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again!
