I don’t even know where to start. We loved everything from the river, house, manatees everyday by the dock, beach, rocket launches… Just a great place to rest and watch all the wildlife and close enough to everything to not be gone long if you need a quick trip to Ron Jon! Our family loved our time together here.

Beautiful modern home with plenty of amenities and in a very quiet pretty neighbourhood with canal views out the back. The highlight was a group of manatees who visited the decked area every morning and evening. A real wildlife haven. Pool was lovely (too deep for any little ones) but perfect for our teens. Plenty of space and light. Lots of spare towels, bedding etc. Could benefit from some sun loungers and even a paddle board!. Owners not very responsible. A ceiling fan was broken and we asked for it to be fixed twice but it never happened during our stay. Thankfully every thing else worked perfectly. Very relaxing place to spend a holiday.

My family enjoyed our stay at this home! Location is easily drivable to anything in Cocoa Beach and the backyard (with manatees right by the dock) were definitely the highlight of the stay. We enjoyed the pool, though you should expect a lot of bugs this time of year so it’s impossible to keep it totally clean. The cleaners let themselves in as we were hanging out on the patio the first night of our stay and explained they would do their best to clean it for us to use the next day. The kitchen was beautiful and mostly had everything we needed for our stay, though the converted sunroom was prone to millipedes and required us to constantly sweep up throughout the stay. Also, if you plan on asking for early check-in, expect to be charged an hourly rate. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again!
