Stephen’s place is an easy, short walk to the beach
Stephen’s place is an easy, short walk to the beach. The beach in this area is clean & relaxing. There was a beach umbrella, chairs and a cart to take items to the beach. We used the bicycles to take rides alongside Atlantic & Orlando Ave. Place is easy to find and a short drive to many restaurants and other area activities. Place is clean with all you need for a pleasant stay.

Everything was great. I would be remiss to mention that when I asked for early check in I was met with ai generated response indicating a fee for that. Air Bnb says all fees must be posted upfront under the rules so hopefully the host corrects that going forward. The host waved the fee and accommodated the early check in

The apartment is very well equipped and clearly designed with longer stays in mind. It offers a wide range of amenities,surfboards, bicycles, a beach cart, fishing rods, even guitars, which would make it an excellent choice for an extended, activity-filled stay.
Although we didn’t have enough time to fully take advantage of all the equipment, a major highlight for us was the location. It’s perfectly positioned for visiting Kennedy Space Center while also allowing for a relaxed beach experience, which made for a great combination during our trip.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and having a washing machine available was a big plus.
Everything was spotless and very well maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and access to the property was completely hassle-free.
Overall, a great place to stay,comfortable, practical, and ideally located.
