• To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY
• Parking is strictly limited to 2 vehicles. Oversized vehicles or trailers cannot be accommodated.
• The property is located on the 4th floor and can be accessed by elevator or stairs. A key is needed to enter the elevator/stairwell

The area has a classic Florida beach-town feel without the overdevelopment of more touristy coastlines, making it a favorite for longer-stay visitors who want convenience without the crowds. Ron Jon Surf Shop is a short drive or walk away, and Port Canaveral — home to cruise terminals and some of the area’s best waterfront dining — is just minutes north.

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.

Settle in for an extended stay by the ocean in this spacious fourth-floor condo with beach views, a private balcony, and direct beach access. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a 30-night minimum stay, it is a comfortable choice for couples, small families, remote workers, or snowbirds.

Start your mornings with coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach, then spend the day swimming, walking along the shore, or exploring Cocoa Beach. The primary bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed. Two full bathrooms provide plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

The condo also features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an in-unit washer and dryer, elevator access, and self check-in with a smart lock.

During your stay, enjoy access to the community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, clubhouse, propane grill, picnic area, outdoor shower, and private community beach access.

A car is the most practical way to explore the Space Coast, and the condo accommodates up to two vehicles on-site. North Atlantic Avenue runs the length of Cocoa Beach, making it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and the beach without highway driving. Rideshare services operate in the area for evenings out, and Kennedy Space Center is roughly a 30-minute drive north — well worth it if a launch is on the schedule.
