The master bedroom features a plush queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a king-size bed and the third has twin bunk beds, making it perfect for kids or extra guests. A sofa bed adds additional sleeping space, making this home ideal for families or friend groups. Enjoy good times with your family and friends playing a variety of games in the air-conditioned garage that’s been converted into a game room.
Enjoy a peaceful morning coffee on the poolside patio, then gather around the fire pit at night for s’mores and stargazing. Please note, this is not a heated pool.
For those blending work and leisure, the home features a dedicated workspace and ultra-fast Wi-Fi, ensuring you can stay productive before heading out for a day at the beach.

With the shore just moments away, you’re all set for a perfect beach day. No need to pack heavy—just grab the beach cart, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys from the garage, plus the provided beach towels to keep things easy.
When you’re ready to head back, please take advantage of the outdoor shower on the west side of the house to rinse off the sand before entering the house or pool. Whether you’re catching waves, building sandcastles, or simply soaking up the sun, everything you need is right here!

It’s a comfortable place with very pleasant amenities
It’s a comfortable place with very pleasant amenities. It is well located, allowing you to walk to the beach, and there are several restaurants nearby that are also within walking distance. You’ll find BJ’s, Walmart, and Publix less than a 5-minute drive away.
If you enjoy cooking, the property has all the necessary kitchen utensils, but you will need to bring your own seasonings, as none are provided.
Whenever we needed something, we requested it, and Brooke responded quickly and efficiently to our needs.
The pier is about a 10-minute walk away. If you go after 4:00 PM, parking is free, in case you prefer not to walk.
Don’t forget to visit downtown—it’s only about an 8-minute drive away, and it’s especially pleasant in the evening.

The house, pool and location met our needs. Also the host was accommodating with restaurant recommendations.

This was an amazing place! The kids loved the pool and it was a short drive to the beach. We parked on Arthur ave which was free parking for the beach! The rooms were great for our family! My only complaint was the 2nd shower in the queen room the water didn’t get very hot but other than that it was great! We were close to great restaurants and I even got a tattoo. I got a tattoo at 13 waves! Our favorite restaurants near by was Brano’s (Italian), southern charm cafe, salty bagel (bagel sandwiches and coffee), long doggers, eggs up grill, ice cream hut, twisty teats ice cream, rockin retro ice cream parlor.
