The bedroom carries a nautical-inspired character and is furnished with a King-sized bed. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides a second sleeping option, bringing total capacity to 4 guests. The bedroom also has direct patio access, so you can step outside the moment you wake up.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook from scratch or throw together a quick meal between beach sessions – refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a full set of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A small dining table seats two comfortably for meals at home.
 
Bathroom
The bathroom features a tub and shower combo, along with a hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products. Hot water, extra pillows and blankets, bed linens, and an iron are all provided.
 
Beach essentials
Beach gear is included with your stay – towels, umbrella, blanket, and snorkeling gear – so you can head straight to the sand without a stop at the shops. Free parking on premises and free street parking make coming and going simple.

The beach is a one-block walk away. Within a mile, you’ll find Ron Jon Surf Shop, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and a good spread of restaurants and cafes. There is plenty of space for on site parking at the unit. Many places are within walking distance locally. (beach, shops, restaurant/bars, ect.) Very close to A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 50 min away)
