Cocoa Beach is a friendly beach town on the Florida Coast with the perfect balance of locals and visitors. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.

Kick off your flip-flops and shower away the salt and sunscreen (the bathroom has a tub/shower combo). Then stretch out on the sofa for a nap and/or a movie on the flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities.
For dinner, saute some fresh fish in your fully equipped kitchen, with an electric stove, fridge, and microwave. Or check out one of the great restaurants in Cocoa Beach—there are many delicious options within a mile.

We had a family of four and felt this was a great, budget friendly getaway. It was so close to the beach and an easy walk.
It was perfect to have towels and chairs readily available.
The kitchen amenities were lacking some basic “tools” but we managed to make it work.
The two things we needed the staff provided for us in a timely manner.
