This downstairs oceanfront duplex , which is one of two units available for guest stays, features a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for cooking meals during your stay. The second kitchenette off the game room includes plenty of counter space for snacks and appetizers while chilling out and playing one of the arcade games or a friendly game of billiards.

However, please note that the beach deck and the boardwalk to the beach are shared between the two units. Guests renting the downstairs unit will not have access to the second-floor balconies. There is no access between the spaces from inside; all entry is through an outside door with personalized codes specific to each guest and only their rented space.
