Layout
Set on three-quarters of an acre directly on the water, this duplex-style estate gives your group two distinct wings, connected by an exterior staircase. One level can host the early risers chasing sunrise photos, while the other sleeps in – both groups sharing the same address without sharing a schedule. It’s the kind of layout that makes multi-family trips and reunions actually work.
