This little beachy house was well updated & so close…
This little beachy house was well updated & so close to the beach. It is right off a one way main road, but with the great backyard & bedrooms in back you hardly notice! The backyard has a non-heated pool, swings, great outdoor shower, grill & tv’s! Comfy couches, cute kitchen area & great touches with providing soaps/detergents/garbage bags/coffee in full stock. Overall, we would stay again! A few more simple homey things would go along way in my opinion to make it 5 stars. Host was responsive to our minor hiccups and needs!

We had a great stay, the property was just what we needed for a mixed group visiting for a wedding. Location was great and we even managed to see a satellite launch, and the Cocoa beach art festival was also on during our stay which was nice to see. The pictures don’t do the property justice, I didn’t even realise there was a pool when we booked, which we didn’t get a chance to use but is a great addition. The Tiki hut is a great place to socialise and we had Thanks giving dinner out there. As the property is new, there are a few things I’m sure will be added in time, like wifi details would be good to have on display for when guests arrive, but these were easy to get from the host via a message. The property was great value for money and we would definitely stay again. Thank you.

My family and I had a lovely stay. The house felt newly renovated, it was clean and with easy access to the beach. Most of the restaurants were within 1.5 miles and could be reached easily by car, bicycle or walking (both on the sidewalks or via the beach). Overall, a lovely stay for a family of five.

The home was just wanted we needed, we walked to the beach a cpl of times , took the Kayaks out in the river for a paddle. Used the pool a cpl of times , we were just there for the weekend. Would use this location again . Had a great time .
