To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

– Tissues
– Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
– Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)
– Garbage bags
– Sponges
– Dish soap
– Dishwasher tabs
If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
PLEASE NOTE:
-Mailbox access is not available for guests
– While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
– All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
Regarding the 8 guest occupancy, we have a King, Queen, and a bunk bed, which can comfortably fit 6 guests. We also provide 2 floor mattresses to sleep more people which is why the occupancy is set to 8.

Estadia foi muito boa, com a casa sendo exatamente confortável, muito bem localizada e completa. Tinha tudo necessário e de boa qualidade.
O único detalhe, que poderia ser melhorado, é a porta do banheiro social, que, por ser de correr e de vidro (fosco, mas enfim), deixa frestas e não isola o ambiente (deixando totalmente sem privacidade). Ainda que fosse somente uma família, fica um tanto desconfortável utilizar o banheiro (ainda mais se for mais de um casal que se hospeda). E poderia ter algum corrimão de apoio para entrada na banheira do mesmo banheiro, pois ela realmente é alta.
De todo modo, mesmo com essa questão, foi muito bom o tempo que passamos e certamente retornaria!

Great house! Everything you need to be close to the water. It is on main road so the traffic can be very active at times. But hearing the ocean at night from front of house is beautiful.
