The Purple Picket House is a colorful, laid-back home in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from Cocoa Village. With its purple picket fence, bright front door, and boho-style touches, the house feels comfortable and Artistic , with plenty of personality. It’s a great fit for guests who enjoy spaces that feel relaxed and a little different.

Inside, the home has three bedrooms with 3 Queen beds and one bathroom, along with a full kitchen, a living room, and a separate sitting area where you can read, chat, or simply slow down. There’s also a washer and dryer for added convenience. The garage has been converted into a game room that works well as an extra hangout space. Out back, the private fenced yard includes a fireplace, an outdoor shower, and plenty of room to spend time outside.

The location makes it easy to enjoy the area without feeling busy or crowded. The Indian River is only about a five minute walk away, perfect for morning strolls or sunset views. Cocoa Village and the Amphitheatre are just a short drive and offer great restaurants, local shops, a park, and a splash pad. Port Canaveral is about a 15 minute drive, where you can watch cruise ships come and go and enjoy some of the area’s best seafood.

This location makes it easy to explore Cocoa and the Space Coast. Major roads like SR 520 and US-1 are nearby for quick access to beaches, Port Canaveral, and I-95, and ride-share services operate throughout the area for convenient point-to-point trips. While public transit via Space Coast Area Transit (321Transit) offers bus service around Brevard County, most guests find having a car the easiest way to get around; there’s ample neighborhood street parking and easy access to local bike routes for short rides.
