Clean unit, easy to find, great parking, fun decor – it worked well for two adults staying in the two bedrooms. Super clean bathroom and really good water pressure with plenty of towels – really nice. Outdoor amenities looked great, but too cold to use, a screened in porch and fire pit around the side. A few things were tricky to figure out; the host could provide better written instructions. The the booklet provided did not help figure out the quirks of 1. the thermostat (how to change mode if you need heat) 2. the kitchen faucet (there is a sensor on the left-hand side that you must wave your hand over.) or 3. the dryer (the signal / buzzer is also the control for starting the dryer.) The beds were just okay, nothing great. I think the “queen” bed is actually a double bed. If I had been here with my partner, this would not have been OK, but for just me, it was not a problem. I’d come back with a friend, but not my partner! Solid apartment super close to beach!

We loved the location

We loved the location. Just a few minute walk to the beach. While the garage is filled with all sorts of activities item and beach equipment, we didn’t use any of it. The master bedroom bed was firm and comfortable my brother said the twin bed in the second bedroom with too soft for him. We REALLY enjoyed using the fire pit on the side of this duplex. It had a very beachy feel and it was great to have a couple of family members over to roast some marshmallows. There are a couple of things that I’m letting the management company know about that didn’t affect my stay since I stayed with my brother but I live on the mainland and brought a couple of items to help with these shortfalls. I did leave an item behind in the garage and the management company and the cleaners they hired found my item and held it for safekeeping. I really liked the place and would come back again.
