DESCRIPTION:Race the ORIGINAL and ONLY 15K in Brevard County! The Space Coast Classic 15K is 9.3 miles of fun racing brought to you by Space Coast Runners. It makes a great training run for Spring or Summer half marathons and marathons. Over the years the 15K has run in Melbourne Beach\, Indian Harbour Beach\, Melbourne\, and Viera with great success and now in Cocoa\, FL. \n\nIf you’re not up to the full 15K\, join us for the classic 2 Mile. The 2024 race will mark the 38th running of the Space Coast Classic. Every finisher will receive the exclusive Space Coast Classic medal that highlights a classic TV show. You’re going to love it.\n\nWe’re the 9th race in the Space Coast Runners “Runner of the Year” Series and the Ran All Races Challenge.\n\nSCR Members 15 years and older earn points in the 15K.\n14 years or younger score points in the 2 Mile.\n75 years or older may choose to run the 15K or the 2 Mile distance to score ROY series points.
