This unit was roomy and clean. The view from the deck is absolutely fantastic and just as described! The only thing that would make it better is some real seating on the deck to actually enjoy the view.

This location has a thousand dollar view, but unfortunately it was hard to enjoy it. The unit has a porch that faces the water, but the furniture is old and rickety…there is a dock, but the only seats available to sit and enjoy the water were made of pressure treated lumber and were very upright and uncomfortable. The chairs available to use for the beach were kind of old and rickety also. But the sunsets were spectacular, you just had to see them from inside the unit, or just make do with the furniture on the porch/deck, which wasn’t very comfortable. The unit is small…two couples would have a hard time enjoying the sitting area as there is only one sofa. It is best for one couple without kids. (we put our suitcases on the extra bedroom’s bed, which was nice as we could keep the master clutter free.) It was spotlessly clean, and the bed (in the master) was pretty comfortable. The linens were generous, and it was nice they supply towels for the beach.
