This place was exactly what we were hoping for. The host was communicative and responsive. We had a couple small issues – the hot tub wouldn’t heat properly (this turned out to be a setting issue, make sure it’s on ST mode instead of SL), and there was no laundry detergent (but the host actually went and got some and dropped it off for us, which was amazing!). Our only other complaint is that there are lots of tiny ants throughout. We didn’t mention it to the hosts because there are also ant traps, but I’m not sure how much they’re helping. It wasn’t a huge issue, just something we noticed. Otherwise the place was great, very walkable and close to many restaurants, the beach etc. The beds were comfy, and the place was well stocked with things we needed (beach toys, wagon, towels, etc) Our original airbnb host canceled on us last minute so we were very grateful for this property being available, affordable, and having what we needed. We would recommend!

Positive:
Well stocked with kitchen and cleaning essentials. Unit and pool were very relaxing. Beautiful view and grounds. Quick response. Elevator and trash shoot nearby the unit. Very detailed checkin instructions. Loved the balcony view.
Negative:
The parking. I liked that it was in the garage. However I didn’t like that we had to park in a specific spot. We had an issue where another vehicle was in our space. I notified the property and they responded right away. But after that vehicle moved another vehicle had parked next to our space but parked at an angel so we still couldn’t park there. Later found out that vehicle also wasn’t supposed to be parked there. They do have overflow spaces.

The host quickly responded to each of my concerns. They had everything you needed for the entire stay such as plenty of wash cloths and towels, a wagon with beach supplies and fully equipped kitchen. It rained during our vacation so we couldn’t use the grill on the patio but it was ready to use. Will definitely stay here again!
