Great place and location

The place was just as described. We really liked it and would rent it again. The window unit AC in the bedroom is pretty loud, but it was great white noise for me. They were some beach items we used and a couple chairs. The only negative at all, and it’s small, if you are going to charge 120 for a cleaning fee, then you shouldnt expect or ask guests to strip beds, do the dishes, take out the trash. I’m cool with doing that, but maybe lower the cleaning fee a bit. Either way it won’t deter us from staying again

Stuart’s place was absolutely perfect. There was lots of parking which is helpful in a beach town that can get quite busy. Lots of great food, dessert, coffee places and short walk away. The beach is right across the street. Our unit was very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated with modern comfort while maintaining retro charm. I don’t usually think to comment on lighting, but we really appreciated the numerous options. While equipped with bright overhead lighting, each room was equipped with additional lamps making it easy to adjust the lighting to suit your preference. We really appreciated the floor lamps that provided softer indirect lighting and offered a cozier feel to relax in the evenings. Check out and check in was easy. Stuart was warm, responsive and proactive with suggestions to enjoy our visit. While I have had great experiences with most hosts, Stuart was genuinely invested in ensuring we had the best trip possible.

Beachside Vacations Rental provided a very comfortable and clean rental property. I had a small hiccup attempting to initially access the property, but was able to have a rectified with a simple phone call where they were very friendly and helpful walking me through the issue. Other than that the inside is very clean with everything someone would need for a comfortable stay. The beach is close by and there is plenty to do in the surrounding areas. I would absolutely stay here again.
